Hello, I’m Martha, I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting.
If any of these experiences feel familiar, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I can help you better understand what you’re experiencing and support you in making meaningful changes.
A little about me
I have over 10 years’ experience working in mental health, beginning my career as a Mental Health Nurse within the NHS. Over the years, I have worked across NHS, private and charitable settings, supporting people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties.
My experience has shaped the way I practise today. I believe effective therapy should be evidence-based, collaborative and tailored to the individual. I currently provide online therapy for adults aged 18 and over across the UK.
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work towards meaningful change. You don’t need to be at breaking point to benefit from therapy. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or simply feeling stuck, my approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, with therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I also recognise the important role that culture, identity, family and lived experience can play in our emotional wellbeing. I aim to provide an inclusive and culturally sensitive space where you feel heard, respected and able to be yourself.
