MY APPROACH

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT )
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
CBT is at the heart of my work, providing a structured, evidence-based approach to understanding the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
However, I don’t believe therapy should feel like a one-size-fits-all process. Your experiences, goals and circumstances are unique, so I adapt therapy to what you need.
Where appropriate, I also draw on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support the therapeutic process.
My aim is for therapy to be collaborative, compassionate and practical — giving you a better understanding of yourself while developing tools you can continue to use beyond therapy.
